Coaching sessions can be face to face (if you live in the Wellington region) or web – based, e.g. via Skype. A standard format is a full hour session to discuss what you wish to achieve and how you might get there. This will set the scene for the next 4 – 6 weeks, where we work together on your progress. Engagements can be continuous or time-limited so that you can focus on specific areas of your well being for a set period of time.
This can then be followed up either by 50 min sessions, or shorter session of half that time where we monitor progress, discuss barriers and difficulties and develop new plans.
Another option is to meet for a longer session as above, and then monitor progress and follow up per email. This might sometimes be all that’s necessary. As needed simple email communication can be supplemented or interspersed with face to face sessions.
